International Yoga Day Celebration – 2015
International day of Yoga was celebrated in KRCS on 21st June, 2015 with pomp show.
Shri. Shri. Dr. Mahantha Swamy graced the occasion and performed many yogasanas on this day.
Sri. B.S. Yeddyurappa, Member of Parliament and Former Chief Minister of Karnataka addressed the programme and conveyed the importance of Yoga in everyday life.
Sri. Pattabhiram social worker also graced the occasion and stated in his speech the value of yoga in our day-today life.
Sri. B.Y. Raghavendra Secretary, Swamy Vivekananda Vidya Samsthe (R), Shikaripura and M.L.A. Shikaripura constituency presided over the function. Smt Tejaswini Raghavendra, Director. Swamy Vivekananda Vidya Samsthe (R.) and Mr. Shekarappa, President, Lions Club also present on this occasion.
KRCS children demonstrated the wonderful “Yoga Nruthya” and attracted the audience with their adventurous and wonderful performance.
